相信英文書的格式 （轉(zhuǎn)截） 英文書信是一種常用的應用文體，一般由五組成；1、信頭（Heading） 指發(fā)信人的名稱(公司名稱)、地址信息日期，一般寫在信具的右上角。

第一封信

My Dear Shu-Wu[1]，May 14

Your letter gives me a joyful surprise[2]. Your English is astonishingly good. This is not "flannel" or "butter"[3] but my sincere opinion (my hand upon my heart!). [3] 這是復雜的句子。Thousand and one odds and ends，盡可能瑣碎多樣。Red letter day: 日歷上的節(jié)日和紀念日都印有紅色字體，故名。這句話應該是最基本的英文信件格式，在墻上看，百讀不厭。

[4] Well是一個多義詞。作為語氣助詞，也可以表達各種含義，不能一律翻譯“打嗝”、“嗯”、“啊”。這封信用于改變主題討論。

[5] a little token of esteem 當時錢鐘書還給了林書武一些英文報刊雜志。

[6] to be worth ing接收形容詞的方式表明值得堅持...這里的is worth glancing at，值得一看。注：跟著to be worthy的差異：to be worthy of something 應該得到一些東西；to be worthy to do sth 一定要做點什么。使用齊頭式，即每一行都要從左邊最高寫道。大多數(shù)商務信件都是齊尾寫的。5、結(jié)語 在文章正文下方的一行和二行，從信封的中間逐漸偏右。第一個詞應該用英語大寫，句子末尾應該用分號。對象不同，結(jié)語的寫作也不同。

總的來說，錢鐘書的三封英語信是寶貴的學習材料。除了它的思想內(nèi)涵，單就英語寫作技巧而言，還有很多地區(qū)值得我們學習。以下僅明確提出兩點：1、這三封信的語法變化豐富多彩，相鄰的句型絕對不同。復合句、復雜句、狀語從句、非徹底句等，變化無常，多在墻上觀察。錢鐘書的英文信，頗有靈性，英文信件收件人的文件格式。

2、flannel和butter等常用同義詞是措辭的特征之一; sin 和crime; 詞匯的組合非常正宗，如“如腹”、“值得一看”等英語關系，都是不可替代的。

寫在后面:錢鐘書是博通自古以來的大學問家。他老人考大學的時候，數(shù)學課只考了15分，但是志宏和英語都能達到幫老師稱贊的水平，其中他英語考了驚人的100分。錢鐘書先生的英文信件，文字優(yōu)雅，幽默搞笑，措辭講究，真的可以做一篇精讀課文！利用星期天好好閱讀文章。
