We are pleased to announce the schedule for the Beijing English Proficiency Test (BEPT) - an examination designed for individuals seeking to demonstrate their English language skills. With the test date fast approaching, we encourage all candidates to make full use of the remaining time and prepare diligently.
The BEPT will be held on August 26th, 2023, at designated test centers across Beijing. The test consists of four sections: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Each section assesses different aspects of English proficiency, allowing candidates to showcase their comprehensive language abilities. The specific timings for each section are as follows:
1. Listening Section (09:00-09:40):

2. Reading Section (10:00-11:15):

3. Writing Section (11:30-12:30):
The writing section evaluates your ability to express ideas effectively in written English. You will be required to write an essay on a given topic within the allocated time. To excel in this section, practice structuring your essays, organizing your thoughts, and utilizing appropriate vocabulary and grammar.
4. Speaking Section (14:00-16:00):
This section assesses your spoken English skills. You will engage in a conversation with an examiner, discussing various topics related to everyday life, current issues, or personal experiences. Confidence, fluency, and coherence are key factors in performing well in this section. Practice speaking in English as often as possible to build confidence.
We strongly advise all candidates to familiarize themselves with the test format and content, as well as practice using past exam papers. Additionally, consider enrolling in preparatory courses or joining study groups to enhance your learning experience.
