One possible solution could be taking into account the opinions of students, teachers, and language experts to find a compromise that ensures both the standardized quality of the exams and the well-being of the candidates. For example, adjusting the exam dates to April and October might strike a more reasonable balance.

In conclusion, while the intention behind changing the Beijing English CET-4 and CET-6 exam dates was well-intended, the resulting inconvenience and challenges faced by the test takers cannot be overlooked. It is imperative for the authorities to reassess the current scheduling and make adjustments that prioritize students' well-being without compromising the integrity of the exams. only with careful consideration and communication can a suitable resolution be reached, enabling students to showcase their English proficiency under optimal conditions.
